Built in 1854 by Amos
Shinkle, one of the area's most prominent 19th century figures, the
Amos Shinkle Townhouse retains the beauty and grandeur
that defined elegance during the era.
Vaulting sixteen foot
ceilings are featured in the main house, along with intricately detailed
cornice work and beautifully crafted woodwork and flooring.
